Essay Competition. "THE PERSISTENT INCREMENT OF UNIVERSITY  FEES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY" addressed to university students! Oguaa Editorial board in collaboration with Library Committee are the organizers of the Essay Competition “THE PERSISTENT INCREMENT OF UNIVERSITY FEES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY"
The aim of the essay competition "THE PERSISTENT INCREMENT OF UNIVERSITY FEES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY". is aimed at improving the writing skills and as well address the issue concerning students on campus.

PERIOD

Essays shall be submitted from 20 09 2016 till 20 10 2016 23:59 GMT. Due to the large number of contestants who are willing to write an essay on the topic “THE PERSISTENT INCREMENT OF UNIVERSITY FEES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY", Oguaa Editorial board reserves the right to prolong the deadlines for the contestants. When such changes are made, Oguaa Editorial board will make a new copy of Official Rules on this page. You understand and agree that if you participate in the competition after the date on which the Official Rules have changed, Oguaa Editorial board will treat your participation as acceptance of the updated Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER?

·         All the participants have to submit their essays at here.
·         The essay must be written in English and contain not more than 600 words. The participant has has to specify his/her: name, name of programmee, hall of affiliation, level, phone number, etc.
·         Three participants, who will receive the highest score, will be declared as winners.
·         Only one entry per person during the Period is permitted.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

The selection of the winners will occur as follows:
The Entry Forms remaining at the end of the Period will be judged by the panel of five tutors selected by Sponsor (hereinafter the "Judges").
• The Judging Criteria: expression, creativity, originality.
• The essay with the highest score will become the winner of the Competition.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to have the Judges review the Finalists’ Entries to confirm that they meet the Judging Criteria at its sole discretion.

Notification of Winners

A list of the Winners will be posted on the blog on 26 10 2016.
ATTENTION! In case the Competition is prolonged, the final date will be posted on the blog.


Your conduct

You agree to participate in the Contest in a manner that is lawful, relevant and proper to the applicable forum. Conduct that is inappropriate and/or offensive includes without limitation the following:
  • Defame, abuse, harass, harm, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (including without limitation rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
  • Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, infringing, hateful, distasteful, obscene or unlawful topic, name, information, materials or content;
  • Use the Competition for any purpose that is in violation of local, state, national, or international law, including without limitation wage/hour and working condition laws and regulations;
  • Upload files that contain software or other material that violates the rights of any third party, including without limitation intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity;
  • Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software, malware or materials that may damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable or otherwise overburden the operation of any device, computer system or network;
  • Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose within the Competition that are not appropriate or relevant hereto;
  • Post the same content repeatedly or spam - spamming is strictly prohibited.
